Duplex – 4 Bedroom

This upper-level Duplex has a great view of the Resort overlooking the recreation area from the rear deck! What makes this unit unique is that guests often rent both the upper and lower Duplexes [totaling 8 Bedrooms / 4 Baths] for their large family reunions or other family gatherings under one roof!

Each of the Duplexes have a large Living Room open to the Kitchen/Dining Area. It has two sets of twin bunks in one bedroom, queen beds in the three bedrooms and two baths. There is a deck on the front of this unit and a large [400+ sq ft] rear deck with two tables to accommodate seating for 12 to 14. Outside lawn chairs are provided as well.

Close to the pool and recreation area.

Located only 3 miles to Conely Bottom a full service marina, with plenty of parking for your boat and trailer.
Monticello is only 10 minutes away with a super Walmart for shopping and several restaurants for your dinning pleasure.
For additional shopping and dinning, Somerset is just 25 Minutes away. For car buffs we have the summer nights cruise, every 4th Saturday, April through October. You will also find Somersplash waterpark as well as a operating drive in theater.

Lake Cumberland may be the big draw, but for those into hiking, Cumberland falls is about 45 minutes away with organized trails as well as the famous moon bow.
The scenery alone is worth the drive.

Only located 6 minutes away there is Mill Springs Gristmill, Historic Civil War park and gift shop. Across the street from Mill Springs is Dunacan’s store, good sandwiches
