Rental/Lodging Policies
Two night minimum booking.
Three night minimum for 3 bedroom homes and up, and three night minimum on all units over holidays.
Prices are for the base amount of people and do not include 10 % KY state tax, which is 6% sales tax and 4% transient room tax, or the one time cleaning fee.
NO REFUNDS are considered unless at least a 45 day written notice of cancellation is given prior to check-in by the person who booked the unit.
10.00 per night for each person above the base rate. Children under 10 stay free, but are included in the max occupancy unless approved by management.
No security deposit is required, however a valid credit card is required prior to check-in as security and a verification of $150.00 for two bedroom units and $250.00 for three bedroom and up, will be done on your card. Any and all damages or missing items discovered following check-out will be billed to your credit card and you will be notified by phone or mail.
Sorry, no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Check out time is 10:00 A.M. sharp. Unless prior approval, checking out past that time can result in a half day room rate charge applied to your credit card.
All units are non-smoking, however we do allow smoking on the outside decks and porches. If smoke is detected in the unit or damages from smoking, you will automatically be billed $150.00 on your credit card for removal of odor.
Pets are welcome in some units but ONLY with responsible pet owners accompanying them.
The resort MUST be notified if a pet is to be in the rental unit with guests. Pets are limited to certain rental units only.
There is a $15.00 per day, per pet fee added to the stay.
Pet owner is TOTALLY responsible for cleaning up after their pets including food, pet hair and pet waste, etc.
Pets must be kept contained or leashed at all times. They are never to be left in the rental unit unattended without being crated, otherwise owners must take their pet with them at all times.
